One common reason for clients to visit a nutritionist is because they're having difficulty losing weight. It seems as if everyone knows the theory, but somehow the weight just doesn't come off. And here we are with summer behind us, and it's so easy to put on those few extra pounds when the weather gets cooler.
Everyone I meet seems to be on a diet, or knows someone who is. Perhaps you are?
